The two boys you sent (on Monday to lay the bamboo and yesterday to lay the carpet) did an absolutely superb job!! I am so very excited about it and am so grateful to you for being so patient and full of good advice over the last couple of months – the flooring was the finishing touch that has truly made it look like a home.”
